How weekly charts work
A chart freezes the top 24 qualifying titles at the first maintenance run each UTC week, beginning Monday. It uses all CineRank ratings available at capture time, not only votes cast that week. The score is (sum of ratings + 30) ÷ (rating count + 10). Ties use rating count then title ID. Charts are not rewritten as votes change. Movement compares the immediately preceding weekly snapshot; no comparison is invented when it is missing. Delayed cron means delayed capture, and unavailable titles are hidden. Archives retain approximately one year.
